I know of two that are really good.
American Military University (http://amu.apus.edu) offers an MA in History with several specialty areas.
Western New Mexico University (http://www.wnmu.edu/VirtualCampus/InterdisciplinaryMasters.htm) offers an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies that can include MIS, Criminal Justice, Education, English, History, PoliSci, or Psychology.
